About Junebug

Junebug is a little slice of heaven! She is a sweet little cuddle bug. If you're looking for a rabbit that will lay next to you and let you pet her for hours, she's your girl! She is very social and absolutely loves attention. She's the perfect bunny to watch movies with or read a book to. She's very low energy and likes to spend the day loafing and splooted. She rarely ever runs around and she does not jump onto anything, not even furniture. She is amazing with my dog and my young children (4 and 10 year old boys). She loves her tunnel and throwing her stacking cups around. She is very well behaved, even when free roaming a room. Her favorite game is the floor is lava because she WILL NOT step on tile flooring. We actually put away her x-pen because she doesn't need it, she will not step out of her area under any circumstances if the room is not carpeted. She's perfect with her litter box as well! Junebug does have a history of a bladder stone. She has been cleared of stones for over six months but she does require a specialized diet for life and takes a daily supplement (which she thinks is a treat). Her new forever family will have to be prepared for future bladder stone surgeries as the worst possible scenario. We are cautiously optimistic that she will remain stone free for the rest of her life on this diet, as she's been for the last six months, but we cannot make that guarantee. She also has a front leg that splays. She can run around on it normally but it splays out when she is sitting. She must have carpets or blankets in her entire space as she's not able to gain traction on tile or wood because of that leg. Junebug is an absolute joy and hands down one of the sweetest, calmest, and friendliest rabbits that we have ever had. She's extremely well behaved with children and with dogs and cats, is great with her space, easy and low energy, and very clean. She'll be an amazing bunny for an owner who doesn't mind her special needs. Meet and Greets can be done in Miami-Dade or Broward Counties.
