About Athena

Athena is super sweet to all Homo sapiens. We rescued her, and I gather she was left alone with adult aggressive dogs and was not protected. She has dog friends that she loves that we meet while out walking and we take them out to play together. She has lived with another dog for four years with no problem. However, she does not like geriatric dogs and if if a dog is even slightly aggressive toward her, she will go on the offensive. she is actually great at dog parks, but I have a basket muzzle that allows her to drink and pant that works great to avoid issues. She is 100% potty trained and is perfect in literally every other way. She is very trainable and loves to please. she would be perfect for a one dog household where people live together and she is not left alone often, she hates that. But she does not get destructive, just extremely fearful. Please consider her to avoid the brain damage of potty training if your life does not involve a lot of other dogs.
