About Finn

Finn is a year and half aussie mix. He has been around female children and never showed issues girls were from 4 years till about 10 years old. He is sweet and needs a forever home. The person will need to follow instructions to ensure everyone is safe.He scares easily and really would love another dog or dogs to play with. No small toy breed dogs. 'If there is man he doesn't know you proceed with caution. Owner should leash him for the fist couple times meeting. The man must go very slow no sudden movement or hook his leash up or stand up rapidly'We have worked with that and got him trained to lesson that fear factor. But percussion s still need to happen. In his foster there are 2 men he now has excepted but they are mindful of his fear factor. He did meet a man stranger man did not go to touch Finn just went about his business and he was fine. He likes excercise he would be a great running partner or hiking. This dog needs a chance. As well as someone that will follow training advice. We are looking for a foster or better yet a adoptor. This poor dog has been passed from family to family and needs someone that will dedicate themselves to this dog. I think he definitely needs something permanent. We have had problems that I will go into when I talk to a interested party. He has had so many names I don't even know what to call him. Please consider him to be part of your family. He is fine with men in the home once he is reassured that man won't hurt him. He has caused a strange man to get 7 stitches in lip. He is fully vetted and could use some weight gain. We have a professional trainer to help you with Finn if needed. Due to a irresponsible adopter that begged me ro adopt him and won't listen to any concerns I had. The dog might pay with his life.
