About Whiskey

Whiskey was adopted from CareSTL in St. Louis City in October 2023. He is a loyal and sweet dog to the people he can trust and feels comfortable around. He loves to play fetch, go on sniff walks, and is up for any adventure! He has some stranger danger, here he needs to have a few meetings with an adult to begin to feel comfortable around them. He has a high prey drive, so would not do well with a home with cats, children, or other dogs. Whiskey is crate trained, potty trained, and knows basic commands such as: sit, stay, down, and paw. He has begun training for his reactivity towards other dogs, and has done well learning engage/disengage from his trigger. He is a playful dog, but also enjoys laying on the couch or sleeping on his bed. He deserves a home that has a yard where he can run around and chase all the squirrels!
