About Frankie

Frankie is a fantastic dog with a lot of love to share. He is a big goober who needs plenty of space to roam around. He loves to run and play and just be with his people. He hasn't met a living being he doesn't want to be friends with! He is very smart and eager to please his people, but can be a little stubborn. Frankie's major needs are (1) a patient yet firm human and (2) a fenced-in backyard. Bonus points for a dog sibling. Frankie's favorite activities include: �'ۢ Eating his meals outdoors. He loves the fresh air and will wait at the back door with his bowl in his mouth. �'ۢ Chewing on bones next to his human. He loves to touch you while he chews on his toys so you can tell him what a good boy he is. �'ۢ Running laps in the backyard and digging some holes if mom isn't watching. �'ۢ Playing tug-of-war with his foster dog sister. �'ۢ Giving kisses. More about Frankie: �'ۢ Completed his fast-kill heartworm treatment in November. He is ready for his active lifestyle. �'ۢ Dog friendly. Does well with dogs of different genders and sizes but would thrive best co-existing with a female dog. �'ۢ Strong boy but walks well with a harness �'ۢ Knows 'sit', 'crate', 'enough', 'come.' Working on 'down', 'release.' �'ۢ Loves people - kids included! �'ۢ High energy but very manageable - his foster has lots of tips for what keeps Frankie occupied �'ۢ House broken �'ۢ Crate trained �'ۢ Did I mention he loves his chew toys/ bones?
