About Sarge

Sarge is a 5 year old German Shepherd. She is very loyal to her people and protective of her home. We got her when my oldest daughter was 3, and they've grown up together the past 5 years. Sarge has also been around babies as she was here when we had our 2nd daughter. She has always been very mindful and patient of the little ones. She likes to be the alpha dog so we prefer she go to a home with no other dogs. She has been around our cat, but she can get a little too playful and aggressive which the cat doesn't always like. The reason we are rehoming is because we have a busy work and extracurricular life with our children. We feel Sarge deserves a family that has more time for her. She does get separation anxiety at times. She loves going on walks and playing outdoors. We would love for her to go to a home that has a big yard to run around on. We live in a subdivision now and she lived her best life when we lived in the country. This will break our hearts but she deserves better.
