Darla is a sweet 5 year American Staffordshire Terrier mix who was found on the side of the road under a tree with her puppies. She was understandably very scared and protective when she arrived at the shelter. She quickly took a liking to the shelter staff as they spoiled her with love and care. Eventually all of Darla's puppies found foster homes but no one came for her. We saw Darla and knew immediately she deserved an amazing life and home. Darla will need some extra work with leash work and basic commands, she is eager to please and treat motivated. She is all wags when she's she's getting attention. We are still getting to know if she would be good with other dogs. Would you like to give Darla a foster or even better a forever home? Fill out an application today to meet her!
