Smokey is 42 pounds; appears to be pure American Staffordshire, but no papers--we got her at the pound 8 years ago. She's been a great companion; loves people; loves to ride in the car; loves to run fast. Very sweet personality. Lately, she has been repeatedly attacked by a larger Shepherd mix, and, being a typical Terrier, she doesn't back down and she gets injured. She has never started a fight, she just defends herself. If we can't get her adopted, we'll have to put her down; we will not take her to the pound.
