About HUCK

Sweet Huck was a volunteer favorite at the shelter. He is 2 years old (a baby who was stuck in a rural shelter), 56lbs( is on a diet), neutered, heart worm negative, and current on vaccines. He revels in attention and knows basic commands. Huck was an owner surrender and is house and crate trained. He takes a while to warm up to some men so a slow intro with treats wins him over. ��%BD%A0 Like most dogs and people, he doesn't respond to yelling or rough treatment.He loves to go for walks and would love to have a walking partner to help him see the world. He would do best with older children. Huck is a fast learner and is eager to learn new cues and tricks. He is a snuggle bug according to his foster but would also like to go for a long walk or run.
