About Peppers

Peppers is a docile, easy-going and happy boy, despite his rough start in life. He had a fracture in his right hind leg that his former owners let heal on its own so it didn't heal properly. The leg doesn't bend, but he gets around fine outside and carpeted surfaces are easier for him than wood floors though he manages. He's currently in foster with a cat, happily hanging out together, and he has a friendly disposition around all dogs he's been around, even if they were unfriendly/reactive towards him. He needs a boost getting in and out of the car because of his back leg, but otherwise he is very capable of living a normal life. He likes to play but is not destructive. He snuggles and gives affection to his human. He is 100% housetrained and can be crated with no issue though it's not necessary. He's a perfect apartment dog because he doesn't bark and adapts to his human's schedule.
