About Precious

I saved Precious April of 2023 when she showed up at our home hungry. She is blind in one eye from a injury and her one ear is crumpled from a healed injury. Other than that she is a pretty healthy 7 year old (approx). We think a older man within a mile from our home was caring for her, but passed away and then she became homeless. Her chip shows she was in Florida at one time and somehow ended up in TN after that owner passed. She has had a traumatic life, but still a very sweet girl. I believe that she wants to just be an only cat because of her traumatic experiences and possibly that's all she was used to. She is a very sweet girl and loves to lay next to you or on top of your lap, in fact she prefers that. She does love to show you that she loves you by head butting you lightly if she feels you aren't paying attention to her. She loves to play with her toys on her time. She loves men and women, but just wants to be an only cat/pet. She doesn't get into anything. She loves being brushed. She's pretty good with getting her nails clipped especially if one person holds her and another does the trimming. She is spayed, up to date on shots, Feline FELV/FIV negative. She does have some allergies, but using homeopathic medication has gotten that under control. I think when she is under no stress in her own home she won't have any allergy problems eventually as sometimes stress can make allergies worse. She is a very sweet girl and has a perky personality and can bring love and companionship to someone who just wants one cat and doesn't mind her blind eye or her crumpled ear because she feels she is beautiful!
