About Jack

Located in: Boise, ID Breed: Lab/Hound Mix Age: 8(ish) Adoption Fee: $50 Jack is a wonderfully mellow dog with an amazing personality. He loves his ear rubs and chew toys but most of all he loves getting outdoors for all the smells and all the walks. He is great on a leash and leads the way with little redirecting. He ignores other animals including cats which he has been wonderful with in his temporary home. He is not afraid to let you know when it is breakfast or dinner time and loves to root around his food puzzle. Everyone who meets Jack comments how wonderful and mellow that he is. He has lost some of his hearing but is adapting well to hand and body commands. Jack is looking for his forever home and would benefit from a place that allows him to get outdoors frequently. He loves being around people and doesn't mind other animals as long as they are respectful. He does have some allergies that are well-maintained with his medication which he takes without issue.
