Released by owner who wasn't supposed to have pets and did. Landlord found out and she had to get rid of him. He didn't have any vaccinations when he came in. He is now UTD on vaccinations, neutered and ready to have a loving forever home. He gets along well with other dogs, think he is okay with cats, but not sure. He is a friendly sweet dog
