About Kangaroo

Kangaroo (foster mom calls me Roozie Doozie or Roo)breed: Chihuahua mix weight: approx: 21 lbs age: almost 9 mos (DOB-2/28/23) I have been with my foster parents since mid September. I get along great with the other dogs in the house and anyone I meet but have not been around cats. I am very active and love to play with toys or other dogs. My foster mom & dad have been working with me to learn what personal space is with people and other dogs but still say I'm a sweetheart! Love being next to you or in your face giving kisses. I walk great on a leash and love going for walks. A fenced in yard would be ideal because I love to run but not required as long as I'm walked regularly. Since I am still a pup and want to jump on people when I meet them, a house with small children is not advised. I am pretty much potty trained with an occasional accident. I have not been crated in my foster home and do pretty good when left alone for short periods of time. I have not been left alone for several hours as I do have a little separation anxiety so someone being at home would be best. I am fully vetted; spayed and all vaccines so I'm ready for my furever home. **Please remember I am still a pup and very active at times throughout the day. |running, jumping and playing. My foster parents say I can go from 0 to 50 in less than 30 seconds but then will go lay down to rest
