About Bruno

Adoption Fee: $500
Rottweiler
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Bruno, the 5-year-old Rottweiler, is a truly remarkable companion. With his massive build and endearing bear-like head, he is the epitome of what people desire in a Rottweiler. Weighing in at a solid 135 pounds of pure muscle, he is an impressive sight to behold. Professionally trained, Bruno possesses an array of skills that make him an ideal canine companion. However, like any dog, he could benefit from a little extra practice when it comes to leash manners, particularly when he becomes excited. But rest assured, his enthusiastic nature only adds to his charm. One of the most remarkable aspects of Bruno's personality is his exceptional temperament. He is fantastic with other dogs, effortlessly forging new friendships, and he truly shines when it comes to interacting with people. Whether it's a friendly wag of his tail or a gentle nudge, Bruno knows how to make everyone feel welcome and loved. In addition to his wonderful disposition, Bruno is also well-trained in terms of potty habits. He flawlessly uses a doggie door and has never shown any destructive tendencies, even when left alone for extended periods. It is a testament to his character that he remains calm and composed, even during challenging times. Tragically, Bruno and his fellow Rottweiler companion, Bella, experienced a devastating loss. Their beloved dad passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 49, leaving the dogs to fend for themselves for several days. It was only when concerned friends came to check on them that the heartbreaking discovery was made. Those close to Bruno's dad speak highly of his dedication as a pet parent. He went above and beyond to ensure that Bruno and Bella had fulfilling lives. Regular trips to the bark park were a cherished part of their routine, where the dogs could stretch their legs and enjoy the company of other furry friends. Routine visits to the veterinarian were also a priority, ensuring their health and well-being were always in check. Bruno and Bella were undeniably the center of their dad's world, receiving an abundance of love, attention, and care. The bond they shared was unbreakable, and the loss of their devoted pet parent has left a void in their lives that is difficult to fill. As Bruno adjusts to this new chapter in his life, we are committed to finding him a loving forever home that will provide the care and affection he so deserves. Let's ensure Bruno's future is filled with happiness, companionship, and the love that he has always known Our Adoption Process... If you are interested in adopting one of our fun loving not so rotten rotties, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire that will allows us to get to know you better and to make sure the dog you are looking at is a good fit for your family and lifestyle. You can access our questionnaire by going to our website, www.rottenrottie.com click on the forms tab, and fill out the questionnaire and submit it online. After we review your answers, if we feel that the dog that you are interested in, is not a good fit for you and your family, we may recommend a different rottweiler companion. After we determine which Rottweiler(s) is the best for you, we will set up a time so that you can meet him or her at their house, where they will feel most comfortable and act as they normally do. We will require a home check to make sure the dog is going to a good home. An adoption contract will be signed to finalize the adoption and we do ask for a rehoming fee of $500 for most adults, $350 for most of our seniors 6 years and above for any rottweiler mix of any age (except puppies) . Our fees for puppies fluctuate depending on how much we had to invest into them or their litter, and weather they are purebred or a mix. These funds are necessary so that our organization may continue to rehome rottweilers. ALL of our dogs are sterilized, fully vaccinated and microchipped, heartworm tested negative and come with a collar and a leash. We have also addressed any injury or illness that they had when they came to us, or received in foster care. These problems will be disclosed to the adopter prior to adoption. please be advised that in almost all cases we will not adopt our dogs to folks who live in different states. On rare occasion, if we feel that it is a PERFECT for both you and the dog, we sometimes will break that rule for our neighbors who live in Las Vegas. If you live in Vegas and would like us to consider you, please fill out an application.
