Name: Blu Age: Approx. 8 years old Breed: Siberian Husky, 55 pounds Sex: Male (not neutered) Location: Passaic County, NJ 'Blu is a kind and gentle pup who still thinks he's a baby. When I first adopted Blu he was suffering from severe depression and anxiety, but I was able to shake that off by a plethora of walks and belly rubs! It saddens me to say that due to my current living situation I am being forced to rehome Blu :( At this point my goal is to find him a home that is filled with love and joy to ensure he continues to live his best life.' Vet Info: Blu is microchipped but not neutered. Blu is current with vaccinations and has not been heartworm tested. He has cataracts and glaucoma in both eyes and is completely blind. He had been getting drops three times a day and has been prescribed Neo-Poly-Dex, but his owner has stopped them due to eye irritation. Otherwise, he is healthy. Blu is a pretty active and fit pup per his owner. Dog Info: Blu is an indoor dog with the run of the house. He's housebroken and leash trained. He knows many cues including: Sit, Paw, Lay Down, Come, and Go! Blu is outgoing and good with people of all ages as well as dogs and cats. His owner tells us that Blu does really well around kids, other dogs, and cats; he tries to play with everyone for the most part unless he feels threatened. He's not possessive of treats, toys, or food. He's not aggressive and has no bite history. His owner says, 'He is pretty chill as long as he is fed and walked. all he cares about is his walks, treats, and belly rubs!' If you're interested in Blu, please email [email protected].
