the dog compatibility question did not have my option: good with dogs smaller than him, (he has been taken to a dog park although I don't do that anymore. We never had any violent outbursts at the park, only leash aggression with bigger dogs) and about kids: HE WILL JUMP. must be supervised around small kids, he will knock them over. has never lived with kids though. and about health problems: he needs dinovite on every meal but has not been officially diagnosed with anything. does not allow himself to be picked up or pulled by the collar/neck (always attach harness first before pulling him anywhere) my phone: 270-820-1747 Hello! My name is Embra and I'm emailing to ask if you have any vacancies. Attached are his shot info, photos, and below is some important info about him: Please let me know if you can help. I tried to hold off as long as I could but my eviction is soon. (I got laid off in june and i really thought I would be able to find another job before now) you can also text or call me at 270 - 820 - 1747 - is neutered - is polite to cats on our walks but i'm unsure if he has ever lived with one - CANNOT be picked up. inform any vet that he needs to be seen while on the ground, not on the table. he will get very afraid and try to bite if he is picked up - 48 lbs - Celebrated year 7 of his adoptaversary with me on Jan. 2nd - He is microchipped - Graduated basic manners classes from Believe in Dog training (but will probably have to relearn some of his skills due to his excitement of getting to know you). - cleared as non reactive by Believe in Dog training but feel free to call and double check (713) 364-4439 - comes with 12 of those conversation buttons that I started training him on before having to give him up (we didn't get very far yet but you are welcome to continue the process) - only gets along with dogs smaller than him (except in rare cases) due to being attacked by large loose dogs/strays several times over the past few years while he has been walking on leash. Be cautious when introducing him to dogs his size or larger. - has not been around children that I am aware of but he does jump 6 ft in the air with no running head start so keep that in mind when introducing him to kids - does NOT allow himself to be grabbed by the collar. Always attach his harness, then attach the leash to the harness, THEN pull him where he must go - I have been out of a job since June and have been home with him almost every day all day since then. He is now used to being home with someone all the time, so keep that in mind when you both are acclimating to each other - He has not been in a cage for years (except when I am traveling he stays at sunset animal hospital boarding) - high energy! he was a great running buddy and will run or hike with you for miles and miles - about 8.5 years old (but has the energy of a 4 year old) - English foxhound mix (DNA tests never done so unsure what all he is mixed with) - dinovite powder on every meal to help with digestion (I have a few weeks worth left that comes with him)
