About Pepa

Pepa's mom was rescued from a hording situation while she was pregnant. We know mom is an AKC registered Pembroke Welsh Corgi, but we are unsure who dad is. We do know dad only weighed 10-15 poundsand mom was only 18 pounds AFTER she gave birth. Pepa's birth was complicated and her mom needed a C-Section. The wonderful staff at the veterinary hospital went above and beyond to do everything they could, but Pepa's mom died during puppy birth. All the puppies in the litter were very strong and healthy but they needed a mother. That is where I stepped in - One of my female Corgi had a litter of only 1 puppy but she had LOTS of milk. She took these babies like they were her own and raised them well, now they are ready to go to new homes of their own. The puppies are full of love, snuggles and funny to boot. Even though they are mixed, they have always been treated as I would one of my private dogs. Given the best of food and health care, play time, interaction, love, taught different environments, how to interact with other dogs and cats, and corrected when the need arises. The puppies are pad trained and mostly house broken. They are completely up to date on vaccinations and de-worming. They come with their vaccination/worm record, dates when the next procedures are due, enough of the food they are eating now to get you through if you want to change food, and a few extra surprises.
