About Niko

Hi, I'm Niko. I'm an 8 year old, 12 pound Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix, looking for my forever home. I am fostered in Portland, OR. I am a mature gentleman, so I am house trained, crate trained, I walk nicely on leash. I have good off leash recall and I know how to use a dog door. I love walks. In summer I like to be in the yard. I enjoy relaxing on a lap, chair, or in a warm spot. I am truly a man's best friend, as I lived my whole life with a man. A great home for me is a home with people who are home most of the time, and who don't have lots of guests in and out. I love to go on car rides. I am living with other dogs now in my foster home, and spent my whole life with a female dog my size. I would be happy either as the only apple of my person's eye, or with an easygoing small dog. I am neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, de-wormed, and on flea, tick, heartworm preventative and I just had a dental. My adoption donation is $250. A great home and my must haves include: 1.
