About Courage

Courage is just the sweetest soul. She seems to be a timid and shy kind of girl. She just needs to be showered in love and learn to trust people more. She's most nervous about having the leash put on her and she tries to avoid it, but once it's on she walks pretty well on it despite all her fears. She does occasionally put on the breaks due to nerves, but it's totally manageable. She could just use some more practice! Even loose in the play yard she's a bit timid. She'll trot around smelling things and observing what's going on around her, but she's not much for toys or playing. She won't take treats from your hand, but she will eat them if left on the ground! She typically has a lower energy level. Courage will bravely let you pet her and she enjoys it, but it's clear she's not quite as used to it as a typical dog. She'd love some more practice with the pets too!
