About Frito

Hi! I'm Frito a female lab mix with personality and spunk! I have had a hard life and want to find my furever home. I have lived alone as a stray for 3 years roaming the local area in search of scraps eating out of trashcans or whatever I could find. I was hit by a car and my right eye is smaller than my left and I have been shot three times:( I'm a survivor! I was starving and close to death when my foster trapped me and tamed me into a healthy furball full of love zoomies and happy dances. I like to be close to you and would prefer to be your only dog or maybe have a dog friend my size who is chill and patient. I have never met a child cat or other dog so I am not sure how I feel about them. I'm kind of shy but really happy with lots of love to give. I need a fenced yard and leash work. I'm new to all this so require patience. I will chew stuff up so keep an eye on me and keep me in an enclosure when you are away. I'll make up for it with gratitude and love & loyalty though. I am fully vetted spayed and parasite free. I do have heartworms but got treatment and just need one more shot in May 2024 to finish my treatment and stay healthy.
