About Tarzan ( Tarz)

Tarzan is a Shepherd Mix. He is 2.5 years old. We adopted him from the Jackson County Shelter 9 months ago to provide him a safe home. He is fully vaccinated, neutered and mircrochipped. He is a true lover and enjoys being with his owners. Tarz loves to play ball, run with other dogs, be around farm animals and hang out with his owners. He knows basic commands, sits when door is opened. He is highly trainable. He requires a fenced backyard and ideally a farm setting. Certain city noises make him nervous. Tarz is great with visitors if introduced properly. He can be fearful at times with people..He does well with training and has had several sessions with a positive behavior dog trainer. We are gone a lot and would like for Tarzan to have a more stable routine in order to stay balanced and happy. Tarz is a wonderful dog. If you like Shepherd Mixes he would be a great fit for you.
