For weeks the kittens were fed by neighbors but as warm summer nights faded into fall rescue was needed for the six little cats who had been mostly fending for themselves, fearlessly facing nature and the elements and the dangers of an unsheltered life outside. Fuzzy Pawz was able to offer foster to this litter of sweet and spicy kittens and now after weeks of care and love, they are ready to find their forever families. It is important to know that these brown tabby kittens may need time to acclimate to life with a family. While they have come a long way, time, patience and trust building exercises will be essential to bond with these little tigers. For that reason forever homes must not have young children and ideally you will have a confident cat or dog to help bring your new best friend out of their shell. These little wild at kittens will be VERY shy upon first meeting, but with love and time you won't have a better companion. TORA, of Japanese origin, means 'tiger' and is an abbreviation of totsugeki raigeki, which implies 'lightening attack.' TORA embraces her fierce tiger nature but she is a total sucker for delicious treats and purrs wildly when she's snuggled. She has an independent spirit but loves her siblings and the other foster cats in her home. TORA is still a bit shy but is extremely sweet and just needs a family that will help her build confidence. A cat best friend would be ideal in her forever home. TORA loves cat trees, wand toys and wrestling with the other kittens. She has a fun and vibrant personality. She also loves to bird watch and nap in windowsills. TORA is spayed, microchipped and has received her first vaccines. Her adoption fee is $50.
