About Bubba

Bubba is a 3 year-old hound mix. Overall, he is a very friendly and playful dog, has been excellent around children and adults, however, has shown aggressive behavior towards his 70 plus year old owners. He is currently in a situation where he's not getting enough exercise and time outside. He was adopted as a puppy from a misleading ad. Owners have done everything they can to keep him, but are currently overwhelmed with the needs of his breed, which has caused behavioral issues towards the owner. He is trained, sits on command is very well taken care of and has a tracking chip. Bubba is a very smart dog, and would be a great addition to a hunting family or one that can provide the exercise he needs. He needs to be in an environment which he is not the alpha of the home, unfortunately, that is the current issue. He Is not a bad dog and does not deserve the fate of getting euthanized.
