About Ava

We adoped Ava from the Animal Shelter in Arlington, Texas. She is an Australian Kelpie Mix and was just spayed the first week of December. She is microchipped and current on major vaccinations, may need a couple of boosters. Unfortunately, our senior dog is not a fan of a young, playful, energetic dog. Ava just wants to play with our dog and our dog is not interested. She LOVES people (not sure about kids, ours are grown), and craves attention and playtime. She has had playdates with other dogs and loves to run and play - she needs a playmate full time! She does well with routine and learns quickly - someone willing to work with her and continue her training would be a great fit. We dread the thought of taking her back to the shelter as she would be at risk of being euthanized. Anyone interested in this sweet girl, please reach out.
