About River

River is a sweet girl who loves be outside and exploring, or laying on the floor at our feet. She gets along with most dogs, but our old little dogs do not like her, although she just wants to play with them. She was adopted as a tiny puppy by our daughter's friend and he was not prepared for the training involved with a puppy. He was going to dump her somewhere because he couldn't find her a home. We are fostering her until she finds her forever home but can't keep her because we already have 4 dogs. She is house trained, knows how to sit, and is kennel trained. She is actually really smart and learns quickly with consistency. We think she is fully grown, she seems to have stopped growing. she is pretty calm and easy going.
