Initially saved by�%A0Atascosa County Animal Control, he made his way over to SNIPSA to find a forever home. And couldn't ask for a more joyful addition to our rescue pack! Just like his mama, Neo is frisky and fun-sized. This pup loves to play, snuggle and will gladly help you clear all the plates after dinner. Thought to be an Australian Kelpie mix, we estimate that he will grow to be small to medium-sized. Kelpies are active, smart, alert and loyal dogs. They thrive in an environment where they have a job to do or plenty of activities to keep them entertained.
