Meet Big Blockhead Medlin who desperately seeking a family of his own. Medlin is a beautiful 1 yr old blockhead who found himself slated for euthanasia in a rural NC shelter due to lack of space. He is a sweet guy, does well in a crate and has no accidents, is housebroken, is not destructive, does not appear to bark a lot, does not seem to have separation anxiety, and appears to do really well with medium/large dogs. Considering that he seems like he may have had a rough start in life, he's surprisingly pretty well behaved! So, maybe he had a decent home at some point, and then ended up in poor conditions, who knows. Baby boy is on the thin side ! He is a very strong boy who's not even at his full weight yet so he will need somebody that's physically strong to teach him how to leash walk. He does not try to jump fences, and he definitely seems to be food motivated so that will definitely help get his attention to teach him commands. With med/large dogs, he is totally comfortable, calm and respectful (but no small dogs or cats for this guy). We'd love to see him get into his own loving home to get all the love and attention he deserves. He is being kenneled for to many hours and he deserves more. He's a baby and needs to see the happier times and have adventures to remember. Please consider this sweet boy. Transport is available
