About Pippa

To Adopt! Meet by apt w/approved application & watch who is coming Sat! PIPPA is a sweet 1 year old, 40 lb mix, full of love & energy. She loves to chase balls, sticks, & squirrels, then loves to curl up & cuddle on the couch. She is great on her leash, loves long walks or runs, also enjoys sunbathing in a patch of grass or a patio chair. Pippa loves to sleep in her crate at night or when her humans are away from home & is fully house trained. She knows many basic commands: sit, place, leave it, crate, wait. She loves all other animals & would love to have a brother or sister dog in the house, but is also happy to be the only! Though friendly with children, Pippa should be in an adult-only home due to resource guarding with her food. Her current owners have been working on the guarding with Pippa & she has responded well, especially when offered high-value treats. She has also been evaluated by a behaviorist who likes Pippa's progress. Trainer will be happy to work with her new owners. Pippa's currently w/young children which is hard to monitor environment for her resource guarding. Very loved! Adopted from a rescue who will not help rehome. Our adoption fee is lower!
