EXPERIENCED WITH OWNING THIS BREED ONLY AND MUST HAVE ANOTHER SMALL DOG IN THE HOME. Meet lovely Tank, a 21 months old frenchie weighing in around 31 lbs. General Behavior: Tank is a very active pup that loves to play. He would do best in a home with another dog. He loves toys, especially balls and chewy bones. He would even play by himself with the ball all around the house. He also loves to chew socks and shoes, so keep them out of his reach. He gets scared easily, mostly from loud noises, inflatables and chancletas. Likes and Dislikes: Tank Loves to sunbathe, run around the back yard and go on walks. Loves to play with his foster sister, cuddle in the sofa, and get belly rubs. He doesn't like sleeping in a room alone, so better if his crate is in your room. He sleeps through the whole night. He loves company, and follows me around the house the entire day. Training: He is crate trained. 90% potty trained, he still marks inside the house, so he needs to be let out in the backyard frequently, he is not used to use potty pads. He is very obedient, but if you need to scold him, be gentle since he gets scared and will peep on the spot. He is a fast learner and already learned commands like sit, paw, fetch, and working on stay and cross, to avoid him from running out of the front door. Just be careful because he loves to be outside, so he wants to go out! Other Animals: When on walks he loves to watch other dogs, but we have not had an opportunity to get close to see his reaction, so not sure how he will do specially with other male dogs. He is very friendly with people and loves to say hi! Children: I haven't had him around children, therefore I would not know how he would do. Home: He definitely needs a fenced back yard home. He knows how to climb stairs but not to go down. If his new home has stairs I recommend blocking them during the day to avoid him getting injure. Tank likes to see at the window, he barks sometimes to people walking by. Grooming: Tank is a short haired dog. Can be bathed at home making sure he is very well dry. His wrinkles should be cleaned daily and ears at least once a week. His nails will be short as long as he walks frequently, so there is not need to cut them. Overall: Tank is a very sweet and affectionate boy, he deserves a very loving and patient home. To apply visit our website WWW.PAWPATROLANIMALRESCUE.COM
