About Rocky

VIDEO INCLUDED: Rocky has a very sad and all too common story. His family moved out of their home and left Rocky in the backyard with no food or water. Fortunately, the neighbor looked over the fence and noticed him. They dropped food and water over the fence for him. The neighbor reached out to Pumpkin Pawz Rescue for help. Rocky needs a foster or even better, a loving forever home. Rocky is very people friendly and he loves toys. He's adorable and quite a character. He is very treat motivated and knows how to sit on command. We think he's about 1-2 years old because he has some beautiful pearly whites. Rocky is quite unique. I have never seen a dog like him. He looks like a Pit Bull/Cattle Dog or German Wirehaired Pointer mix. He has long hair around his muzzle and body. He is definitely a showstopper. He is a conversation piece. People will stop you on the street to ask you about his breed. Rocky is a babe magnet. He is absolutely adorable. Rocky is neutered, current on vaccines and microchipped. Rocky did great with the small dogs that we introduced him to. He'll still always need a proper and slow introduction with any dog, and as any dog would.
