This precious 4 month old terrier mix is located at Pitt County Animal Services (Greenville, NC) - Rescue me requires a breed to be selected and unfortunately 'terrier' isn't an option, so I chose Plott as it seemed to be the best option. Please forgive me :) Tulip's an awesome little thing. For a puppy, she walks well on leash, is friendly/affectionate, and is medium energy. She has joyful puppy energy, but it's not overwhelming. PCAS is PACKED, so now is a great time to adopt! Adoption fees are $135, which includes neuter, up-to-date vaccines, and microchip.
