About Nihla

Oh, Nihla! Sweet girl! Your people did not protect and love you as they should! They did not value your life. They got frustrated with having a cat and they threw you outside. They made you endure the rain, the snow, the wind, and the creatures of the night. One day they felt bad for you, and they let you come back inside. You thought that they were going to treat you with the kindness that you deserved, but they didn't. It did not last. Only for a split second were you safe. They decided that they didn't want you, yet again, and out you went. Only this time�'�| They moved away. A good Samaritan next-door notice that you were out there and he fed you. He told us about you. Yet he did not bring you inside. Night after night, and day after day, you had to stay outside. You tried to hover as close to the house as you could to stay out of the wind and rain. You tried to lay underneath the bush so that you would not overheat. You waited outside the house that used to be yours. We could not let you wait any longer. We came for you! We were able to get you to the vet for a spay, check up, and vaccines. They said your sweet little mouth that almost looked cleft, was actually trauma. At some point in your lifetime, you had trauma to your mouth that ripped your lip open. We are so sorry! You should not have had to endure the things you did. We promise you that we will find you a loving family that will hold you close to their heart for the rest of yours. You will have a warm, loving home with lots of love and safety! We can't wait for you to find a family to call your own. That will treat you the way you should've always been treated!
