Remi's owner passed and he is looking for a new retirement spot. He is approx 9 yrs old and 10 lbs of sweetness. He has a 4/6 heart murmur which 3 vets at our clinics have now said they are not comfortable putting him under for neuter. He is otherwise healthy and gets around fine. We are waiving his fee for a qualified home so that a private vet can look into his neuter more.
