Meet Miss Pepper! Sibling to Pistachio, Pepita and Fajita we definitely think she had a different baby daddy as she is a bit bigger than the 3 petite pups with a very different coat and look. Her current foster describes her as mellow. And she seems to really love her young daughter people and other dogs! She is sweet and affectionate. Pepper may be a working breed mix along the lines of a herding collie/heeler breed. She is currently being housed in Hillsboro and is available for adoption!
