About Smalls

Very sweet, loving, and cuddly dog. She has had the same owner for most of her life but had been rescued as a baby from breeders who abused her. She and her owner recently moved from a house to an apartment and her owner was forced to give her up due to an unfortunate encounter with another female dog. She is very smart, much like a Husky, and will need a high-fenced yard. She does well inside the house and is not destructive. Some training might ease many of her fears and increase her confidence. She loves car rides and does very well with cats and children, however she must be muzzled when around other female dogs or any large animals (cows/horses). She is not my dog, I'm desperately trying to help the owner find a new home for her. She is quite mellow but does tremor and shiver. She needs someone that is home often and soothing or patient to calm/relax/comfort her. I can provide vet information to new owners.
