About Lucius

Lucius wandered into our lives in August 2022. My mom went into her backyard to find a little puppy had appeared from who knows where. We took him home since my mom couldn't keep him. He had giant dinosaur paws and walked like a baby deer, so we knew he was going to get big! Last time we weighed him he was 75 pounds, he's a big boy. Lucius is full of love and energy, he loves to give kisses and has never bit anyone, not even during playtime. He would prefer it if play time was 100% of the time, he loves toys and wants to hold them in his mouth and show them all to you. He's very smart and food motivated, so he knows how to shake, high-five, lay down, and roll over. He really is a big goofball who loves to love. We live in a small house and are preparing for our first baby and need to make some life changes before that happens. Every pet comes with a few negatives.. we have not been able to train him to stop from jumping and he recently started jumping our low 4ft backyard wall.
