Sadly, his dental health suffered due to neglect, but he's now on the road to recovery. This resilient pup is overcoming heartworm disease, a condition he acquired from a mosquito bite. Under the care of the American Heartworm Society protocol, Jamison is making steady progress, and in a few months, he'll be heartworm-free. While he undergoes treatment, the hope is to find him a loving home that can provide the necessary care. The future adopter will play a crucial role in administering medications and facilitating transport for his vet visits during this period. Once the treatment is complete, plans include having him neutered along with a dental cleaning to ensure he's in the best possible health.
