About Butters

Butters is about 3 years old, 10 lbs, and we're thinking she is a spaniel mix. She was rescued from Downey where she was injured badly and dumped in a parking lot. Butters had to undergo extensive surgery on her leg and abdomen. She will walk with a limp off and on due to plates in her front leg, but as of today, she can run as fast as any of the others here! Butters is playful and fun. She loves her toys and sniggling. She does get scared and will try to bite if she is cornered and you try and pick her up. For this reason, we will not place her in a home with small children. Butters gets along great with other dogs and even chickens!
