He's about 17 pounds and the most perfect lap dog! Raggy was surrendered after his owner moved into a new place that didn't allow animals. Raggy loves doing whatever you're doing, whether it's walking time, bedtime, eating time, just sitting and relaxing time. Raggy is just cuddling right up next to you! He's a very well-trained boy that knows sit, down, stay, come and his foster has been working on some fun tricks too! He gets along great with animals of all kinds but doesn't like playing much so would do best with a more laid-back companion. Raggy is very excited to bring lots of love and affection to a new family! Raggy is fostered in Hamburg, NY and is available for an adoption fee of $350.00. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and had a dental completed.
