About Tipsy

These pups came from a Bulloch County hoard from a woman who called herself Rescue. She was keeping them safe and fed, but they lived in horrible conditions and no one was spayed or neutered. The woman sadly passed away and when paramedics came in to get her, they realized the magnitude of the problem and contacted authorities. The dogs were seized and the house deemed unlivable to the husband. We took in 6 of them all ranging from 6 pounds to 15 pounds. These pups are expected to stay small but not tiny size chihs. They are shy at first as they didn't get proper socialization as babies due to the amount of dogs in the home. We will require a fenced yard, harness, leash and ID tag and puppy pen or crate for inside the home until they settle in and get more comfortable.
