About Daisy

This is my Great Dane Daisy. She is a good dog and is very protective. The problem is she has severe separation anxiety. She literally has to be with someone 24/7 and has to be close. Has to be allowed on furniture if not she chews her tail. She has literally chewed off most of her tail, bone and all. I have taken her to several vets who refuse to dock her tail, they just want to put her down. I can't do that. She's too good of a dog. I can't spend 24/7 with her, we have jobs and a child. I can't afford to keep getting medical supplies to wrap her tail or keep taking her to the vet for them to just tell me to put her down. She's great with women, kids and other animals. She leery of men until she gets a feel for them. Please, if you're someone who is home all the time and you don't mind having a cuddle buddy she is the right dog for you. I don't want to give her up but at this point I don't have another choice.
