About Willa

Willa is a petite, 37-40 lb, 1/2 German Shepard Dog, 1/2 Husky mix- a Shepsky according to her embark DNA test. She's a sweet, affectionate yet independent, youngish dog around the age of 2.5 3. She's potty trained, does well in the house alone, would love to live with another gentle dog like herself but it's not a requirement. Willa is great in the car, loves to be brushed and toweled dry, baths not as much :) . She enjoys running & playing at Quarry Run dog park in Portland both inside & outside the gated areas. She's good off leash & will follow you while exploring & after a good run will come back when called- you just need to give her that 5 to 10 minutes to burn off energy first. Willa is mellow in the home & a great hiking companion outside. She can sometimes be shy of some men in the home but mostly she's fine. Willa has the cutest little howl greeting when you get home.
