About Luca

Luca came to TRACS recently on a van from Abilene Texas. He and 2 other young chihuahua's traveled with him to Montana to find a great home up here since they found themselves in a high kill area and at an SPCA there. Luca is a very cute tan/white Chihuahua boy of about 6 pounds and is about 1 year old according to our paperwork. He is now neutered, microchipped and fully up to date on vaccinations. He is heartworm negative and on heartworm preventive. He is good with other dogs and currently lives with 2 other small dogs at our shelter. We aren't sure of his past but the SPCA in Abilene took him in from a high kill shelter to get him to safety. They chose to send him north as his chances for adoption are so much better here! We do not know him too well yet but he seems like a great boy already. We have tried him out on leash and seems that is his first experience with leash walks. We will keep working with him as long as he is with us! He is ready to go for an adoption fee of $300.
