About Eli

Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Roswell, GA Meet Eli! He is a 6 year old Australian Shepherd/Heeler mix and weighs 65 lbs. He is neutered, up to date on shots and on heartworm prevention. Eli is good with small dogs and older children! He is afraid of bigger dogs and will lash out if they come close to him. No cats or small children, due to his reactivity! When he was 6 months old, he nipped the owner's husband who put a dog shirt on him that was too small for him. Other than that one incident, he just does herding nips. Eli is very destructive and will eat anything if he doesn't get the exercise that he needs. The owner is surrendering him because they don't have the time to give him the attention he needs. He also jumps on their younger son while playing and they don't want their son to get hurt. He needs to find a new furever home as soon as possible! If you think you can provide a great home for Eli, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $100 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Eli.
