A Gentle but Delicate Friend - Cheeta enjoys gentle handling but, like all leopard geckos, can drop their tail when frightened-so careful hands are a must! A fat, healthy tail means Cheeta is thriving. A Bug-Loving Night Owl - As an insectivore who is awake at dusk and dawn, Cheeta prefers evening interactions and enjoys a variety of tasty bugs as part of a balanced diet. Cheeta's Journey to Love: This little gecko was originally brought to the shelter for emergency boarding, but when their previous family was unable to reclaim them, they found their way into our loving care in September 2023.
