Meet Boo, the ball python who's anything but spooky! ??? Boo is lovingly called 'Baby-Boo' for their sweet and calm nature. As a nocturnal creature, Boo spends most of the days resting in a cozy hide, but loves to come out for some evening social time, and occasionally in the mornings too. While Boo's exact age is unknown, Boo is still considered a juvenile based on her size-currently measuring 2+ feet long and still growing. Fun fact: Boo prefers sphagnum moss to help with shedding, which makes them feel comfortable and healthy. Adult female ball pythons can reach 3 to 5 feet in length, while males tend to be a bit smaller, averaging 2 to 3 feet. This snake's gender is yet to be determined. Boo's future family will need to provide them with a secure habitat, an appropriate diet, substrate, temperature, and humidity levels to help Boo thrive. But don't worry-the rescue organization will guide you every step of the way to ensure you're fully prepared to welcome Boo into your home. Originally purchased from a pet store, Boo's previous owner had to relocate and sadly couldn't take them along. Fortunately, Boo found their way to a shelter and then to SBRSC. Now, Boo is ready for her forever home-could it be with you?
