About Burke

Burke is a remarkable dog - a three-year-old border collie who has brought our family immense joy and companionship. Burke loves to play with his Hol-ee Roller Ball outside and is equally at ease when relaxing inside our home. We adopted Burke when he was one year old, and we quickly found out that Burke was a very reactive dog. He has come a long way, making significant strides in overcoming his reactivity. His progress is a testament to the time, effort, and care we have invested in him. Burke's reactivity is best suited for a fenced in yard where he can run and play with set boundaries in place. Burke is very eager to please, which makes him very trainable. We would love to Burke's forever home, but unfortunately our other family dog does not get along with him. After not being able to identify our other dog's triggers, rehoming Burke is our last option. Burke's 'wiggle-butt' and 'ah-woos' are sure to light up any home and family, as he's an adorable and loving companion.
