About Jake

On this episode of 'The Golden Bachelor'�'�| Jake is on the hunt for his furever home�'�|would you accept his rose? ��ζ��%90%BE��%8F� He is said to be around 6 years old but, like all men, acts much younger than his age ���Z He is a big boy, weighing just over 70lbs and is very beautiful both inside and out. He gets along perfectly with large and small dogs even when the small dogs are very rude to him ����(unsure of cats). He is a total gentleman when it comes to being potty trained as well as doggy door trained. He has a few tricks up his sleeve like sit and shake to impress your friends ����. He would love a home with children; he actually prefers their crazy shenanigans and loudness (he was initially picked up by animal control as a stray at a school wanting to play with the kids �ٴ�) He is a total lover and sweetheart, very submissive and tolerant to both dogs and people. He doesnt have a mean or aggressive bone in his body. He is currently on medication to treat valley fever which is NOT contagious to other animals or people. This is also the reason he was almost euthanized at the county shelter ���� luckily Love Them All Sanctuary + Rescue stepped up and saved him before that could happen �٪%8F��%8F� since he is still dealing with some health issues, we are seeking a foster-to-adopt home. ����His favorite pastimes: long walks, chasing balls, trying to catch bugs and lizards, destuffing squeaky toys, rolling in the grass, being near his people ���%8DLikes: anything edible, chewing bones, watching you grab the leash to take him for a walk, any and all attention, a soft spot to nap, kids! ����Dislikes: smooth floors (he worries he may slip and look uncool), personal space, being pulled away from things he *needs* to explore, not being told daily how good he is (because he really is a good boy) ��ζThe ideal match would be: a patient, loving home that is willing to accept him for who he is but also help him better himself. Who will be ok with his drool and quirkiness but also help him learn simple manners that his mama forgot to teach him. He is a vocal guy, you'll never wonder what he is thinking.
