About Olive

This adorable little girl is Olive! She is an approximately 10 week old, female German Pinscher/Chihuahua mix . Olive's story is very sad. A young lady was filling up her gas tank when she noticed an unhoused man drop a duffel b type bag into the trash nearby. The man walked away and left and she then heard a noise coming from the trash. She went over, pulled out the bag and there was a puppy inside. She quickly took the puppy out and called a few rescues for help. When she called us, we said of course we could help and had her bring the puppy directly to us where we got her a full exam at our vet. Olive is thriving and doing amazingly in her foster home. She is playing, eating homecooked food, and getting lots of love! We definitely want to see her in a home with another young, sweet, and playful dog. She cannot be an 'only' dog. We are looking for an adult only home where the owners are puppy savvy and home most of the day. A safe and secure yard would be ideal! Olive is one special little pup that deserves the best home out there! Olive is vaccinated, microchipped, and will be spayed at the appropriate age. We only adopt in the Greater Los Angeles Areas as an in person meet/greet, home check, and trial period are required.
